Daily support

The Find MoJ Data team have created a support rota for day to day support activities held in Pagerduty

Support is provided on weekdays between 9am - 5pm. There is no out of hours support capability at this time.

Duties

• Monitor the following Teams & Slack channels for alerts and support requests

  • # data-catalogue-alerts
  • # ask-data-catalogue
  • # data-catalogue
  • MS Teams - ask-data-catalogue

• Review & merge dependabot pull requests

  • FMD open pull requests
  • DataHub open pull requests

• Review & Action Vulnerability scan results It is necessary to review and assess the impact of the vulnerability and make a judgement as to whether the affected library should be upgraded or the alert dismissed. Open the URL below and navigate to the Code scanning section.

  • Find MoJ Data security scanning results

• Action deploy to production tickets

  • Review the current sprint & backlog for any deploy to production tickets
