Daily support
The find moj data team have created a support rota for day to day support activities held in Pagerduty
Support is provided on weekdays between 9am - 5pm.
Note: There is no out of hours support capability at this time.
Duties
Monitor the FindMoJData@justice.gov.uk shared mailbox for any issues that have been reported with data
Note:
- You will first need to request permissions via servicenow before adding the mailbox within the Microsoft outlook client
- Select your existing account in the Microsoft Outlook client
- Right click and select Account settings > Delegation and Sharing > Shared with Me
- Click + and then search for FindMoJData@justice.gov.uk. The mailbox should appear, click add.
If you have the correct permissions the mailbox should be added to your outlook client.
Review any emails reporting issues with data assets and take the necessary action to remediate them
Monitor the following Teams & Slack channels for alerts and support requests
Review & merge dependabot pull requests
Review & Action Vulnerability scan results
It is necessary to review and assess the impact of the vulnerability and make a judgement as to whether the affected library should be upgraded or the alert dismissed. Open the Url below and navigate to the Code scanning section.
